SEO Blog Writer
Description:
Work closely with Ryan to write and contribute SEO-type content to the Indie Music Academy's blog.
If you don't know what SEO-type content is, this won't be a good fit for you.
Applicants should have a writing/blogging background and be familiar with the Indie Music Academy mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will write blog entries for the Indie Music Academy and optimize them for search engines.
- You will analyze and identify high-leverage opportunities to grow awareness of the Indie Music Academy brand through finding topics that resonate with our audience and repurposing and optimizing existing content.

Description:
Work closely with Ryan and the customer support team to monitor, respond, and resolve all customer support inquiries regarding Indie Music Academy products. This position requires writing thoughtful and detailed responses to customer inquiries, and making them feel supported and loved.
Job Responsibilities:
- Our goal in every support interaction is to Show Empathy, Gather Information, Execute a Solution
- You will monitor all email communications and resolve customer support issues
- You will maintain a database of common questions and respond to product questions with accurate product information
- You will assign conversations to the appropriate party inside the shared customer support inbox

Description:
Work closely with Ryan to respond to the daily needs and operations of the Indie Music Academy and Ryan’s responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will monitor all professional inquiries regarding Indie Music Academy partnerships, opportunities, and miscellaneous requests.
- You will keep Ryan’s weekly and monthly professional calendar organized and manage all bookings and appointments
- You will respond to emails in Ryan’s personal inbox and create a daily digest of urgent messages that Ryan needs to respond to urgently.
- Flexibility to rise to the needs of the position as it evolves.
